How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

The microphone is excellent, the delivery is 3 days from the moment of order, brought the courier straight to the House, in general the microphone is satisfied.

Микрофон супер. Действительно студийный, т.к. нужна студия, экраны, фильтр, иначе слышен крик рыбок в аквариуме и шепот покойного соседа через стенку.
хороший микрофон, есть встроенная звуковая для подключения наушников, правда в ней слышен шум, но на записи шума нет. сам микрофон очень чувствителен, даже на минимуме регулировки.

Compared to it, of course, the sound is cool, but-of course there is a noise, it's not killer, but quite tangible, in principle, this could be expected from a microphone with USB connection. In applications where there is noise reduction, the microphone works perfectly, the noise is cleaned. Looking at the tests of this microphone on YouTube, I thought that there would be no sense, but no, it is enough, the microphone is perfectly heard even at 50% in windows and 50% on the microphone itself. On the appearance of course there are no complaints at all, completely metal, plastic only the handles of the twist, inside under the grid, a layer of foam rubber is hidden to extinguish sharp sounds. Of the minuses-a very short USB cable, and at the same time a giant length complete headphones, they are more than 3 meters exactly, I do not understand why it was so. For an undemanding user, I think everything will be enough.
